Faulty or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy.

Custom printed items are generally made to order — returns for change of mind may not be accepted unless we say otherwise at checkout.
